About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations and customer service delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational efficiency
- Achieve sales and service targets in alignment with bank policies and values
- Act as Branch Manager when delegated
- Serve as custodian for security deliverables including PINs, passwords, RAKELITE Kits, and No Liability Certificates
- Forward monthly Functional Teller Allowance reports to HR

- Experience in retail banking operations
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
- Ability to manage customer service delivery
