About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administrative support to assigned senior-level managers
- Collect and review historical income and expense information for apartment buildings
- Interface with clients to facilitate understanding of property performance and asset characteristics
- Gather and analyze market trends and rent comparables
- Lead and manage various internal projects
- Prepare accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly property reporting
- Handle resident calls at the corporate level
- Coordinate travel, hotel, and rental car arrangements
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines and tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or economics
- Experience or knowledge in Property Management Software such as MRI or One-Site
