About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle client account enquiries, account maintenance, onboarding and verification requests
- Coordinate KYC documentation in line with internal procedures
- Own operational cases through to resolution with Compliance, Client Support, Funding, Risk, Trading and IT
- Review requests, monitor account activity and escalate high-risk cases
- Carry out operational checks, reconciliations, investigations and internal reporting
- Investigate discrepancies and system-related exceptions
- Maintain accurate records and support workflow and control improvements
- Assist with ad hoc operational projects
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in CFD, Forex or online trading
- Understanding of account opening, trading processes and operational risk
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and cross-team coordination
- Fluency in Hindi and English, written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in brokerage, trading, client or back-office operations
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 and brokerage CRM or back-office systems
