Job description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise travel consultants to develop a cohesive team culture and improve KPIs
  • Manage real-time service levels for phones, emails, and queues
  • Act as a coach and professional development resource for technical and customer service skills
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on specific government contracts and regulations
  • Monitor individual and team performance goals under the direction of the Operations Manager
  • Provide direction on industry best practices and implement operational improvements
  • Oversee work processes and procedures to seek efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Lead error reduction efforts and review progress against goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years managing global travel services
  • Extensive experience with government regulations including FTR, JRT, and Fly America Act
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding SLAs related to telephone, quality, and productivity
  • Experience with government travel and global travel requirements
  • High school diploma or GED with equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to identify and correct issues proactively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
