About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the organic social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Concept, script, film, and edit short-form video and static content
- Improve reach and engagement through trends and search optimization
- Build social reporting in Sprout Social and track referral traffic
- Maintain link-in-bio experience and UTM tagging
- Manage community engagement via Meta Business Suite and TikTok
- Monitor brand mentions and audience sentiment
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience managing organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Proven track record of driving audience growth and engagement
- Hands-on experience with scripting, filming, and editing short-form video
- Proficiency with Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
- Experience with community moderation and data-driven content decisions
- Availability for 10-20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or fintech
- Experience using social listening to identify emerging content formats
