About the role
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end credit control activities for assigned government accounts
- Driving collections through persistent and structured follow-up with government counterparts
- Navigating government structures and approval processes to progress outstanding balances
- Preparing statements of account to support discussions and drive payment commitments
- Ensuring accuracy of the AR subledger, ageing reports, and supporting documentation
- Supporting invoicing and payment posting activities during peak periods
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Order to Cash, Credit Control, or Accounts Receivable
- Proven experience working with UAE government entities
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in Finance Shared Services or hospitality
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., PMS) and Excel
- Hospitality or tourism industry experience
