About the role
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls using company-provided prospect lists
- Use automated/power dialing systems to schedule 30-minute Zoom appointments
- Follow demographic-specific scripts and messaging
- Conduct brief qualification conversations to ensure genuine interest
- Handle common objections professionally and calmly
- Maintain accurate appointment details and track calling outcomes
Requirements
- Previous cold calling or outbound telemarketing experience
- Proven appointment-setting experience
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Ability to learn financial-services terminology
- Experience with power dialers or automated dialing systems preferred
- Experience working with U.S. consumers preferred
