About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify B2B opportunities across the UAE and wider Middle East
- Engage HR leaders and C-level executives via cold calling, LinkedIn and email
- Coordinate qualified meetings and calls with Account Executives
- Analyze prospect information and identify real business opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CX and Product teams
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Initial experience in sales, business development, partnerships or client-facing roles
- Comfortable managing high volumes of inbound leads
- Confident on calls and structured conversations with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset and proactive approach
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic speaking
