Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to eligible cancer survivors to introduce OncoveryCare and support scheduling
• Prepare patients for visits by providing necessary information and technical support
• Manage patient communication via appointment confirmations and follow-up emails
• Coordinate with the care team to troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Distribute welcome packets and educational materials to patients
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled appointments
• Provide feedback on outreach trends to improve workflows
• Handle administrative tasks to maintain onboarding efficiency

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a patient-facing, customer service, sales, or care coordination role
• Warm, professional, and empathetic phone presence
• Comfort with cold-calling and high-volume outreach
• Sensitivity and compassion when working with cancer survivors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Proficiency with EHRs, CRMs, spreadsheets, and patient communication platforms
