Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and partners
  • Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, deliverables, and compensation models
  • Develop creative briefs and review partner content for brand alignment
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, reach, engagement, and ROI
  • Stay current on influencer marketing trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Strong outreach and partnership development skills
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing external partnerships
  • Knowledge of affiliate, performance partnership, and influencer marketing
  • Expertise in social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Podcasts)
  • Technical aptitude to communicate product features and use cases
  • Proficiency in project management and performance analytics
  • Excellent written and spoken English
