Paint Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Direct efforts to achieve agreed sales targets for profit and volume
• Devise strategies for developing sales with premium Body Shops, Garages, and Government Workshops
• Develop long-term business relationships with key territory accounts
• Function as primary sales contact from initial contact through closing of deals
• Maintain accurate customer databases and monitor market trends and competitor offers
• Implement credit policy and manage debtor's collection
• Handle customer complaints and ensure outstanding service
• Coordinate with PPG team for training and supplies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of industry experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Good knowledge of the Refinish Paints Business
• Preferably experience handling Refinish Paints Business in ME/GCC Countries
• Ability to create value addition to minimize the role of price factors
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach and mentor teams or individuals
• Graduate from a reputed university in a job-related field
