About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal agreements to customer requirements
- Prepare documents for manager review before sharing with clients
- Handle user and lead requests about services and account management
- Support customers with source code management platform connections
- Guide leads with questions via email and website chat
- Draft inspection reports for customers
Requirements
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Analytical thinking and proactive attitude
- Excellent written English communication
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role
- Exposure to diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
