About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft legal language and documents to customer requirements, reviewed by a manager before sharing
- Handle customer and lead requests about services and account management
- Support customers with source code management platform connections
- Guide leads with questions via email and website chat
- Draft reports on customer-provided information
Requirements
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Comfortable with modern web tools such as Google Docs
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer success or a similar role
- Exposure to diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
