About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective partners across English-speaking markets
- Build relationships with project teams, trading communities, affiliates, KOLs, brokers and exchanges
- Manage the full BD lifecycle from outreach to negotiation, onboarding and activation
- Track partner performance and impact on trading volume, user acquisition and revenue
- Maintain an accurate partner database using CRM tools and structured follow-up
- Work with Marketing, Product, Operations and BD colleagues on growth initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years in crypto BD, partnerships, affiliate growth or business development
- Professional English proficiency for international business discussions
- Established network of project teams, communities, affiliates, KOLs or brokers
- Evidence of business impact on volume, activation, user acquisition or revenue
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with pipeline and conversion tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CEX, DEX, perpetual futures, CFD or trading-related businesses
- Track record bringing in active traders, trading volume or strategic partners
- Established relationships and market knowledge in English-speaking markets
