Partner Account Executive - Architecture

Responsibilities

• Own the Collaboration business plan with aligned Focus Partners across the Gulf
• Coach partners in building and scaling Cisco Collaboration practices
• Engage partner sales teams on high-impact Collaboration opportunities and multi-year SaaS agreements
• Coordinate with Cisco specialist sellers, technical advocates and regional account managers
• Build customer success and adoption motions for Collaboration subscriptions
• Deliver competitive positioning against UCaaS, CCaaS and video endpoint alternatives

Requirements

• 3+ years in partner sales, channel or solution sales within Collaboration technologies
• Channel sales dynamics and partner profitability model understanding
• Experience selling software subscriptions and recurring revenue models
• Proven quota attainment and complex multi-architecture deal closing
• Strong influencing skills with partner executive leadership
• Based in the UAE; business fluency in English, Arabic preferred
