About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for a defined set of partners, resolving queries quickly
- Monitor partner performance across trading volumes, client acquisition and commission data
- Own the CRM and produce regular partner performance reports
- Coordinate across compliance, payments, marketing and support to resolve partner issues
- Onboard new partners end-to-end, from account setup to marketing materials
- Research the Central Asian market and build a qualified lead pipeline ahead of Q3 expansion
- Manage partner communications in Uzbek and English
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role
- Native Uzbek speaker with understanding of Central Asian market
- Professional-level English, written and verbal
- Proactive, coachable and comfortable learning new systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Russian language skills
- Exposure to forex, CFDs or trading markets
- CRM experience
