About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive completion of partner agreements with EDU leadership and Legal
- Track partner commitments covering fees, revenue share, course delivery, reporting and trademark use
- Manage contract amendments, renewals and partner exits
- Serve as primary EDU contact through partner onboarding, operations and renewal
- Coordinate partner obligations with Operations, Analytics, Product, Content, Marketing, Finance and Legal
- Implement participant surveys and report NPS and feedback trends
- Track registrations, revenue, renewals and overall partnership performance
Requirements
- Strong contract negotiation and commercial judgment
- Experience managing external partner relationships from onboarding through renewal
- Experience tracking contractual obligations and program performance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and issue resolution
- Comfort analyzing partner economics and satisfaction data
- Working knowledge of trademark and brand compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education, professional learning or certification environments
- Familiarity with the CrossFit ecosystem; CrossFit Level 1 or higher trainer credential
