About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with partner stakeholders
- Build trust and credibility with partner stakeholders across all levels
- Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product, operations, and clinical teams
- Drive growth and expansion within existing partnerships
- Own visibility into key metrics like referral volume, SLA trends, and utilization
- Serve as the escalation point for partner relationship issues
- Lead end-to-end implementation planning and execution for new partnerships
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful program launches
Requirements
- Clinical degree or licensure (OT or related healthcare credential)
- 3+ years of project management, consulting, or partner management experience in healthcare
- Experience managing complex implementations or program launches
- Understanding of healthcare payer operations (Medicaid, managed care, value-based care)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of home and community-based services (HCBS)
- Experience with healthcare technology implementations
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
