Partner Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for new partners and guide them through a successful Connect launch
• Drive ongoing adoption and engagement with Connect by helping partners understand and utilize the platform's products, features, and capabilities
• Monitor partner activity, usage, and performance to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues
• Conduct regular partner meetings and business reviews focused on performance, goals, progress, and opportunities
• Work closely with Marketing to create partner-facing resources, presentations, training materials, and enablement tools
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Support to advocate for partner needs
• Manage partner activity, communications, and reporting within HubSpot

Requirements

• Natural relationship builder who enjoys becoming a trusted partner to stakeholders
• Strong communicator comfortable leading meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple partners and projects
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with software platforms and integrations
• Data-minded and able to use reporting and performance metrics to identify opportunities
• Strong writer capable of creating clear, compelling, partner-facing communications
• Commercially minded and able to recognize opportunities to increase engagement and grow relationships
