Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day partnership activations of a client's sports and cultural sponsorships
• Interface with Commercial team members, clients, and agencies to support sponsorship initiatives
• Develop and implement customized sponsorship programs and promotions
• Manage sponsorship measurement and return on investment (ROI) processes
• Coordinate activation deliverables and manage client vendor relationships
• Create marketing activation presentations and materials
• Write creative briefs and manage internal creative teams to ensure brand accuracy
• Support tactical implementation and coordination at events
• Manage the client property approvals process
• Participate in sponsorship contract negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4-8 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience
• Experience in sponsorship marketing, event marketing, and/or sponsor servicing
• Ability to manage sponsorship marketing strategy development and implementation
• Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
• Strong client relationship and service skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Football specific experience
• League or team experience
• Understanding of the business of sports, sports media, and sports marketing/sponsorship
