Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop partnership opportunities that support the University's strategic priorities
• Build and maintain effective relationships with government entities, industry partners, and academic institutions
• Manage the partnership development lifecycle including proposal development and negotiation support
• Coordinate the preparation and processing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements
• Conduct market research, stakeholder mapping, and benchmarking studies
• Monitor partnership performance against established KPIs and prepare periodic reports
• Represent the University in meetings, conferences, and networking events
• Maintain accurate partnership records and databases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years of experience and 6 years in a managerial position
• OR Master's degree with minimum 6 years of experience and 4 years in a managerial position

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in a relevant field
