About the role
Responsibilities
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach for partner outreach and relationship management
- Develop on-boarding plans and certification programs for partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement joint marketing, sales, and support initiatives
- Represent ProgressSoft at industry events and conferences to build strategic relationships
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts aligned with company objectives
- Develop a Partner Kit with branding guidelines and product summaries
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound leads and outbound outreach in MENA
- Analyze potential partnerships for strategic fit, value proposition, and ROI
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of partner projects and performance
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management
- Experience in IT and banking industry best practices
- Strong understanding of local MENA payments infrastructure and industry
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships
- Ability to operate with independence and autonomy in complex environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
