About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of prospective healthcare data partners across key modalities and market segments
- Map the market to identify data holders, strategic contacts, channel partners, and brokers
- Prospect into new partners through outbound email, calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and conferences
- Run first-touch discovery conversations to evaluate dataset quality, licensing posture, and commercial flexibility
- Create concise handoff briefs for Strategic Partnerships and Healthcare teams
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and monitor key sourcing metrics
- Support the development of segmentation and prioritization frameworks for prospective partners
Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or outbound sourcing in a fast-moving environment
- Strong skills in research, prospecting, and qualification
- Ability to speak credibly with external stakeholders about data assets and commercialization
- Highly organized and metrics-oriented approach to pipeline management
- Experience in healthcare data, healthcare partnerships, or AI data ecosystems strongly preferred
