About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key partnerships to generate business deal flow
- Coordinate and deliver ongoing training and skills transfer to partners
- Drive partner demand generation and support business development
- Maintain senior-level relationships to ensure 829 Studios remains top of mind
- Monitor partner business capabilities, financial results, and investments
- Facilitate internal resources and investments to execute business plans
- Develop partner cadences, conduct joint sales clinics, and provide reporting
- Coordinate sales demos and manage partner enablement
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong understanding of the marketing industry
- Experience generating new pipeline via cold outbound outreach (email, calling, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot Sales Hub, and ZoomInfo
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
