About the role
Responsibilities
- Run a living pipeline across protocol ecosystems, infrastructure, GSIs, and enterprise lanes
- Source, qualify, negotiate, and close MOUs, integration agreements, and technical scopes
- Coordinate with Protocol and Engineering to ensure technical feasibility before promising integrations
- Manage CRM hygiene and provide monthly/quarterly pipeline reports to Managing Directors
- Represent the company at conferences and partner summits
Requirements
- Experience in Partnerships, BD, or ecosystem work at a live L1/L2, Web3 foundation, or exchange
- Proven track record of shipping signed agreements (integrations, listings, or enterprise pilots)
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering leads on integration proposals
- Experience handling deals involving tokens, nodes, or liquidity
- Ability to work with counsel to mark up MOUs and term sheets
- Established network in Web3 or enterprise technology
- Clear written English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Relationships at exchanges, market makers, or custody platforms
- Experience with Cosmos, IBC, or EVM teams
- Knowledge of DeFi, decentralized identity, DePIN, or AI on-chain
- Experience working in a post-TGE environment with live trading tokens
