About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and grow strategic relationships with automotive dealerships across Saudi Arabia
- Identify and onboard new dealership partners to expand vehicle supply
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms
- Develop partnership strategies to hit vehicle acquisition and revenue targets
- Act as primary point of contact for dealership partners
- Drive B2B sales opportunities within the automotive ecosystem
- Oversee dealership payment processes with Finance
- Lead and mentor team members
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets in B2B
- Understanding of UAE automotive, fleet leasing, or subscription landscape
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Data-driven mindset with CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automobile, car rental, hotel, or airline industry
