Partnerships Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day point of contact for SME lending partners
• Own partnership sales and business processes from lead generation through disbursement
• Maintain accurate partnership pipeline and activity trackers
• Build and own MIS reports and dashboards on partnership performance
• Analyze funnel data to identify trends, drop-offs and bottlenecks
• Engage SMEs and consolidate feedback into actionable insights
• Lead partner onboarding and maintain required documentation
• Track and reconcile security cheques collected from SME borrowers
• Identify opportunities to automate trackers and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related field
• 2-4 years managing sales or business processes, ideally in financial services
• Hands-on experience in partner management, funnel tracking and MIS reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and reconciliation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, self-driven approach to follow-up and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SME lending, fintech, banking or another regulated financial-services environment
• Familiarity with CRM, workflow or business-intelligence tools
• Understanding of lending-funnel metrics
