About the role
Responsibilities

- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Pashto
- Deep understanding of phonetics, morphology, syntax, and dialectical variations
- Expertise in Pashto colloquial expressions and cultural references
- Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Linguistics, Pashto Studies, Translation, or a related field
- Professional experience in teaching, translation, or language documentation
