Responsibilities

• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Pashto
• Deep understanding of phonetics, morphology, syntax, and dialectical variations
• Expertise in Pashto colloquial expressions and cultural references
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Linguistics, Pashto Studies, Translation, or a related field
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, or language documentation
