Pastry Demi Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating
• Follow recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance
• Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the shift
• Ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and personal hygiene procedures
• Assist management with training, scheduling, and coaching employees
• Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to work on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
