Patient Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Convert referrals into scheduled patients by guiding them through the scheduling process
• Build relationships and earn trust using a consultative sales approach
• Manage a high-volume referral pipeline via phone, text, email, and CRM tools
• Overcome objections regarding insurance, scheduling, or treatment options
• Achieve performance goals for booking, conversion, and response times
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience and professional representation of Mood Health

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required
• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer support (preferably in insurance, healthcare, or inside sales)
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or conversion goals
• Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and following up consistently
• Strong objection handling and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance benefits, or behavioral health is a plus
• HIPAA knowledge or experience working with confidential information preferred
• Ability to work weekends as needed
