About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and reschedule appointments
- Educate customers on Cadence technology products and services
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure issue resolution
- Escalate complex patient concerns to care delivery teams
- Execute patient engagement and retention initiatives
- Draft patient communications and summarize interactions using AI tools
- Document patient interactions accurately in applicable systems
Requirements
- Multi-channel help desk experience (voice, email, SMS)
- Experience in customer-facing healthcare (advocacy, health system, or insurance)
- Experience working with Medicare patients
- Experience in a metrics-driven position
- Prior experience in a remote work environment
- Fluency with AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, Notion AI)
- Stable home wifi with strong upload/download speeds
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zendesk
- Remote patient monitoring support experience
