About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Educate customers on Cadence technology products and medical device usage
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure issue resolution and gather feedback
- Escalate complex patient concerns to appropriate care delivery teams
- Execute patient engagement and retention initiatives
- Draft patient communications and summarize interactions using AI-assisted tools
- Document patient interactions accurately within applicable systems
Requirements
- Multi-channel help desk experience (voice, email, SMS)
- Experience in a customer-facing healthcare field (advocacy, health system, or insurance)
- Experience working with Medicare patients
- Experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Proven ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Experience working in a remote environment with stable high-speed internet
- Fluency with AI productivity tools like Gemini or Notion AI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zendesk
- Remote patient monitoring support experience
