Paymaster/General Cashier Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals and ledgers
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial and payroll reports
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
• Resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and mentor team members
• Ensure work tasks meet quality standards and are completed on time

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
