About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor payment methods and escalate issues to providers
- Analyze acceptance rates and optimize payment method usage
- Manage available balances for withdrawals and top-ups
- Create contingency and emergency plans
- Develop monitoring guidelines and procedures
- Report payment activities to the Head of Operations
- Assist with new provider integrations
- Suggest product and flow improvements
- Handle customer support requests
- Test new payment method deployments
- Partner with BI to build data-driven reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in billing/payments management or similar
- Proficiency in handling financial and transactional data
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Understanding of online payment technical integrations and funnels
- Experience in communication with foreign partners
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience in iGaming is a plus
