About the role
Responsibilities
- Decide how the hub behaves, including callback timeouts, withdrawal hold and release rules, and gateway configuration setups
- Own and optimize the back office operational screens used by internal teams
- Lead discovery spikes across internal systems including player accounts, wallet, KYC, and fraud checks
- Sequence regional migration rollout stages and establish validation rules
- Maintain communication with regional teams regarding upcoming changes and risks
- Establish operational processes for incident management and new method onboarding
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- At least 2 years in payments, fintech, or complex transactional systems
- Ability to read API contracts and follow transactions across multiple systems independently
- Data-driven approach to product decisions using conversion and approval rates
- Intermediate level of English for documentation and communication
