Payment Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define system behavior for the payment hub, including callback timeouts and gateway configurations
• Optimize core operational back-office screens for internal teams
• Lead discovery spikes across internal systems like wallet, KYC, and fraud checks
• Sequence regional migrations with clear rollout stages and rollback plans
• Align regional teams and maintain communication with local operations and business owners
• Establish operational processes for incident management and new method onboarding

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience
• At least 2 years of experience in payments, fintech, or complex transactional systems
• Ability to read API contracts and track transactions across multiple systems
• Proven track record of writing clear requirements with explicit outcomes and acceptance criteria
• Data-driven approach using conversion and approval rates to inform decisions
• Intermediate level of English for documentation and communication
