About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support via email, chat and ticketing systems remotely
- Resolve payment queries, transaction status and payment troubleshooting
- Explain payment flows and options clearly to customers
- Investigate issues with internal product and technology teams
- Document feedback and maintain accurate CRM records
- Contribute to support documentation and FAQs
Requirements
- Proven payment support experience in fintech or payments
- Functional knowledge of payment gateways and basic financial compliance
- English B2+ and Russian proficiency
- Strong written and spoken communication
- Adaptability and proactive learning of support tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fintech, cryptocurrency or digital payments
- Remote or distributed team experience
- Familiarity with support automation tools and CRM systems
