Payments Investigations - MT199 / MT192 /

Responsibilities:

• Investigate Transactions: Handle investigations related to payment messages (MT199/MT192) and effectively resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, product, and technology, to ensure all investigations are handled timely and accurately.
• Data Analysis: Analyze transaction data, identify patterns and trends, and prepare detailed reports on findings for management review.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all investigations comply with industry regulations and internal policies, mitigating risk related to financial crimes.

Requirements:

• Experience in Payments: 3+ years of experience in payment investigations, specifically within MT199 and MT192 message frameworks.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and payment processing systems.
• Analytical Skills: Recognized ability to analyze complex payment issues and implement effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex information to various stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with the commitment to maintaining high quality and accuracy in investigations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial regulations and compliance frameworks related to payments.
• Proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
