About the role
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines
- Calculate overtime, statutory deductions, pension contributions, leave encashments and final settlements
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and pension fund regulations
- Serve as primary contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll records and coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Work with HR and Finance to ensure payroll data accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum two years payroll experience within the UAE
- Knowledge of UAE payroll practices and labour regulations
- Understanding of payroll accounting, accruals and provisions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Hands-on experience with payroll software and ERP systems
- Full professional English proficiency
