Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of payroll data and payroll novelties
• Review and validate payroll information before processing deadlines
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and independent contractors
• Prepare and submit union payroll information to external providers
• Maintain payroll documentation in accordance with legal and tax regulations
• Identify and escalate payroll discrepancies and compliance risks
• Prepare payroll-related reports for Finance, Accounting, and FP&A
• Respond to payroll inquiries from staff and contractors
• Support audits by providing necessary payroll records and reports

Requirements

• Experience in payroll administration, payroll analysis, accounting, or finance
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills
• Experience with payroll software and HR systems
• Advanced English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
