About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries related to staff accounts and manage the opening and closing of accounts
- Ensure proper completion of forms and observe KYC policies and Central Bank instructions
- Manage finance account documentation, including covered cards and finance applications
- Enter payroll and overtime transactions
- Prepare payment memos, invoices, and advance leave salary reports
- Assist in the preparation of JVs and GL reports/entries
- Manage subordinates, including planning their training and appraisal
Requirements
- Fresh graduate status
- UAE National
- Broad knowledge of Retail Banking financial products and services
- Thorough knowledge of Retail Credit and Operational Policies and Procedures
- Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Thorough knowledge of all Regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE
- Proficiency in computer skills
