About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle staff account inquiries and open or close staff accounts
- Maintain finance account documentation and customer files
- Enter payroll and overtime transactions
- Prepare payment memos, invoices and advance salary reports
- Assist with JVs, GL reports and internal audit responses
- Coordinate and manage subordinates' training and appraisal
- Comply with ADIB policies, procedures and key operational controls
Requirements
- Knowledge of ADIB retail banking products and credit policies
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices and Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Understanding of KYC policies and service standards
- Training, sales and management information skills
- Computer skills
