Payroll Associate

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll for U.S. (multi-state), Canada and international employees
• Review and verify timesheets, earnings and deductions
• Support employees on payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Process new hires, terminations and compensation adjustments with HR
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and month-end general ledger reconciliations
• Lead year-end payroll activities including W-2 and tax form distribution

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of payroll experience
• Working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Strong Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Experience with UKG payroll systems
• Multi-state, Canadian or international payroll experience
