About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal inquiries regarding benefit configuration, formulary management, and plan setup
- Research and troubleshoot issues related to benefit configurations and formulary setups by reviewing plan documents
- Configure and maintain benefit plans, copay structures, and formulary schedules
- Generate and analyze benefit utilization reports and formulary compliance metrics
- Collaborate with Account Management, Contact Center, and Clinical teams to resolve benefit-specific issues
- Support the PBM Pharmacy Associate with daily configuration tasks and formulary maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation for benefit plan setups and implementations
Requirements
- 1-3 years of PBM experience in benefits administration or plan configuration
- Pharmacy Technician or related experience highly desirable
