About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate client needs and market trends into a pipeline of product and partnership opportunities
- Serve as end-to-end Product Owner across the product lifecycle
- Assess product and vendor opportunities for strategic alignment and measurable impact
- Develop evidence-based value propositions and client-ready materials
- Track pipeline health, launch readiness and partnership performance
- Coordinate with client-facing, finance, IT, clinical and operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
- 5+ years in program coordination, vendor management or product operations
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel 10%-20%
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Familiarity with PBM product offerings and vendor landscape
