People and Talent Associate

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across the GCC and ANZ
• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR
• Assist with visa, labour card, and Emiratisation-related administration in the UAE
• Help plan and run employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination for the UAE office
• Support recruitment activity across the GCC and ANZ, including candidate sourcing and screening
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
• Assist with offer letter preparation and new hire documentation

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a People or Talent role, ideally within the UAE or wider GCC
• Working knowledge of UAE labour law and People practices
• Exposure supporting recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and CV screening
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Experience with People systems and ATS tools like BambooHR or Teamtailor is a plus
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
