People & Culture Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change management and communication activities across all impacted business lines, Human Capital and the Communications teams
• Champion change across the organization and act as a focal point for change-related queries and support
• Develop change readiness and impact analyses to assess the organization’s preparedness for upcoming changes
• Design and deliver change and engagement plans that create visibility of ongoing projects and internal opportunities
• Ensure that employees are informed, aligned and excited about the changes taking place
• Establish a network of champions to drive and sustain change at the local level
• Introduce and embed a structured change management methodology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology or a related field
• Proven experience leading change management on large-scale organizational transformation programmes
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Experience building change champion networks and embedding change methodologies
• Minimum 10 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Recognized change management certification (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR, CCMP or equivalent)
