People & Culture Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff
• Provide advice to staff and leadership on HR policies and employment laws
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, and induction programs
• Support performance management and professional development programs
• Maintain accurate HR systems, employee records, and payroll support
• Execute localisation strategies in line with local legal and cultural requirements
• Manage employee benefits and end-of-service settlements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in an international or school setting
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR compliance
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
