About the role
Responsibilities
- Audit, clean, standardize, and reconcile employee data across HRIS platforms
- Establish BambooHR as the primary source of truth for employee data
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and missing information across HRIS, payroll, and recruiting systems
- Develop dashboards and standardized reports using HRIS and ATS data
- Automate recurring reports and reduce manual data extraction
- Support 2027 payroll, job architecture, and onboarding enhancements
Requirements
- 4+ years in HRIS administration, HR systems consulting, or People Analytics
- Experience auditing and reconciling employee data across HR systems
- Experience administering or supporting HRIS platforms, ideally BambooHR
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Experience using AI tools to improve HR data workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
