People Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE Labour Law
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs including new joiners, leavers, salary changes, and bonuses
• Support annual people budgeting, workforce planning, and monthly salary cost tracking
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires and coordinate with IT, Finance, and PRO
• Liaise with the UAE PRO to facilitate visa processing, work permits, and Emirates ID applications
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and benefits
• Manage employee visa and immigration processes and monitor expiry dates for renewals
• Administer employee benefits including medical insurance enrollments and invoice reconciliation
• Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including asset collection and visa cancellations
• Ensure HR policies remain compliant with UAE Labour Law and Free Zone regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations
• Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll processing
• Solid grasp of UAE Labour Law, free-zone regulations, and visa processes
• Proficiency in HR systems, preferably Workday
• Advanced Excel skills for payroll data and budgeting
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
